- Reacts with E. coli O157:H7 when tested in ELISA. This antibody will react with E. coli O157:H7, E. coli O157:H16, E. coli O157:H45 and E. coli H. Cross reactivity with Salmonella Group N 100%. No cross reactivity is shown against E. coli 026, E. coli 0138, E. coli 0126, E. coli 128, E. coli 068, E coli 0111, E. hermannii, Proteus sp., Citrobacter, Pseudomonas sp., Achromobacter sp., Bordetella sp., Serratia sp., Shigella sp., Salmonella Group C, D, F or Staphylococcus aureus.
